Annual Physical Exam (APE) for Batch 2018 and Prior
All students from Batch 2018 and prior are required to undergo an Annual Physical Exam (APE) for current students at any of MCL’s accredited hospitals and health care providers from October 1 to November 4, 2019. View the list of accredited hospitals and clinics here.
This is a requirement for the Second Term (2019-2020) enrollment. Online course sectioning will be available for students only after complying with the APE. Failure to comply on time will result to late enrollment with corresponding penalty.
To avail the APE, just present your MCL ID to the clinic staff for validation. No fees will be collected for the APE. All results will be forwarded directly to CHSW and students will be advised of any pertinent findings.
Deadline of compliance with the APE is on November 4, 2019 at 4:00 PM.
