Please bring a valid ID. For proxy claiming, an authorization letter and copy of valid ID is required.
You may set an appointment through the
MCL Appointment Form.
Please fill out the
MCL Visitors’ Contact Tracing and Health Declaration Form on the day of your visit. You will be required to show the confirmation email to MCL's security personnel as you enter the campus.
